• [ ] Check spool rotates freely.
• [ ] Inspect feeder inlet and gears for debris.
• [ ] Check PTFE tubes for kinks, wear, and secure seating.
• [ ] Inspect hub connections and cable routing.
• [ ] Confirm filament end is cleanly cut and not tangled.

Use material-specific drying guidance from the filament manufacturer. Store dried filament in a sealed container with regenerated desiccant. Record drying temperature and duration; do not exceed the spool's temperature rating.
